1. HORTI TERGESTINI, a cultural and botanical event, is a free entrance exhibition of plants and garden furniture which will take place in San Giovanni's Park, Trieste on the 17th and 18th April 2010.

2. THE EXHIBITION SPACES consist in modules of about 12 square meters each. Prices: 100 Euro  for 1 module - 200 Euro for 2 modules - 250 Euro for 3 modules.

3. REGISTRATION: the admission form, duly filled out and signed, shall be faxed or sent by e-mail to the show administrative offices within 15th March 2010.

4. EXHIBITION SPACES are allotted by the garden show management commettee. The setting up of the stands is in the care of the respective exhibitor and can be carried out on Friday 16th from 12:00 am to 7:00 pm and shall be completed by 9:00 am of Saturday 17th. All stands must be dismantled within Sunday 18th, after the sunset.

4.1 Each exhibitor shall have obtained all permissions requested by law for the products on sale and will be responsible for any damage on goods and injury on people due to his activity.

4.2 Care and maintenance of stands and products are in charge and at the expense of their respective exhibitors, who will collect waste in suitable bags to be put in the appropriate litter-bins. 

4.3 Exhibitors shall ensure their presence at their stands at least 30 minutes before the show opening time and throughout the opening hours.  

5. EXHIBITION TIMETABLE:
- Saturday from 9.00 am until sunset
- Sunday from 9.00 am until sunset

6. SECURITY GUARD SERVICES of the exhibition spaces are provided from 7.00 pm of Friday 16th April until 8.30 am of Saturday 17th and from 7.00 pm of Saturday 17th until 8.30 am of Sunday 18th.

6.1 During opening hours, guard and supervision are in the charge and under the responsibility of the exhibitors.

7. PARKING: Within the park premises there are free, unsurveilled parking spaces made available to exhibitors.

For exhibitors and visitors, on the show premises there is a restaurant at special favourable prices.
