1. HORTI TERGESTINI, a cultural and botanical event, is a free entrance exhibition of plants and garden furniture which will take place in San Giovanni's Park, Trieste on the 14th and 15th April 2012.

2. THE EXHIBITION SPACES consist in modules of about 16 square meters each.

3. The forwarding of the application form does not imply any right to participate to the show. All received applications undergo the unquestionable evaluation of the management committee that will favour nurseries, garden sector artisanship and garden furniture dealers.

4. REGISTRATION: the application form, duly filled out and signed, shall be faxed or sent by e-mail to the show administrative offices within March the 1st, 2012.
The application acceptance shall be notified within March the 10th, 2012.
The payment of the participation fee has to take place within March the 30th, 2012.

5. EXHIBITION SPACES, consisting in one or more modules, are allotted by the management commettee. The setting up of the stands is in the care of the respective exhibitor and can be carried out on Friday 13th April from 12:00 am to 7:00 pm and shall be in any case completed by 9:00 am of Saturday 14th April. All stands must be dismantled within Sunday 15th April, after the sunset.

5.1 Each exhibitor shall have obtained all permissions requested by law for his/her products on sale and will be responsible for any damage on goods and injury on people due to his/her activity.

5.2 Care and maintenance of products, stands and exhibition spaces are in charge and at the expense of their respective exhibitors, who shall collect waste in suitable bags to be put in the appropriate litter-bins. 

5.3 Exhibitors shall ensure their presence at their stands at least 30 minutes before the show opening time and throughout the opening hours, untill the conclusion of the show.

6. EXHIBITION TIMETABLE:
- Saturday from 9.00 am until sunset
- Sunday from 9.00 am until sunset

7. NIGHT SECURITY GUARD SERVICES of the exhibition spaces are provided from 7.00 pm of Friday 13th April until 8.30 am of Saturday 14th and from 7.00 pm of Saturday 14th untill 8.30 am of Sunday 15th.

7.1 During opening hours, guard and supervision are in the charge and under the responsibility of the exhibitors.

8. PARKING: Within the park premises there are free, unsurveilled parking spaces made available to exhibitors.

9. CATERING: on the show premises there is the restaurant & bar "Il Posto delle Fragole".
